Biography
Kristin Flanagan is experienced in family law and real estate law, including, but not limited to, divorce, paternity, child support, visitation, property disposition and domestic violence matters. Kristin is a strong advocate for children throughout divorce proceedings and is working towards becoming a certified Guardian Ad Litem.
Kristin earned her Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School and was admitted to the Illinois Bar. Kristin earned her undergraduate degree from Purdue University in Law and Society and Political Science.
Prior to working in private practice, Kristin interned at the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office in the Juvenile Division and the Child Support Division. Additionally, Kristin clerked for a highly respected Domestic Relations Judge in the Daley Center. Kristin is a member of The Illinois State Bar Association, The Chicago Bar Association, The DuPage Bar Association and The Northwest Suburban Bar Association.
