She was the best recommendation and we had such a great experience with her. We were first time buyers and Shameen was very thorough when explaining everything to us and was... always making sure that we were asking questions and understanding the process. We had experienced some delays in the process (not because of Shameen), and Shameen remained helpful, professional, and patient as we worked to figure out the issues and move forward with the purchase. She was also wonderful at the closing - she explained all of the paperwork in detail but in the most efficient way. I could not recommend Shameen enough.
