Shameen Thakrar

My wife and I needed an attorney to close on our new condominium. Our Real Estate agent referred us to Shameen Thakrar, citing her as the best and the brightest. Ms. Thakrar proved this to be true every step of the process. This was an especially hard experience, with problems generated by the HOA...'s requirements, and their lack of communication with us on our end. Ms. Thakrar resolved every issue that came up, from an outstanding lawsuit against the property, to a difficult HOA representative. The closing itself was actually a pleasant experience! She will be our first choice again for the next time.

I'm no stranger to difficult real estate transactions, but this one was so botched, I ended up filing a complaint against the lender. The deal never would have closed without Shameen, who navigated this extremely complicated transaction involving more parties than usual. And she checked in to make... sure I got lunch on closing day after a flurry of last-minute problems. I won't do another deal without her.

Shameen was an amazing attorney to work with on a very frustrating case! Her attention to detail, diligence, compassion and persistence were very much appreciated, and helped make the legal proceedings not only tolerable but rewarding, as well. I am hoping to never need an attorney in the future, but... would definitely choose Shameen to represent me again!
