Before we ultimately closed, we were under contract on two other properties. Shameen was our attorney for all three negotiations. She was always quick to get back to us, often making time to speak outside of normal business hours (weekend and nights). She was always friendly and professional, and did... a great job of explaining things to us without ever coming off as patronizing. She would give us—always patiently—her unvarnished opinion, telling us when sellers were being unreasonable and when we were the ones who needed to adjust our expectations. We would absolutely use her again.
