I hired Daniel to assist me with purchasing a home based on positive reviews I had read. However, after working with him, I found those reviews to be inaccurate. Initially, he was responsive and communicative in the weeks leading up to the scheduled closing. But once a closing date was set, his respo...nsiveness dropped significantly. My calls went to voicemail, and my messages often weren't answered until the following day. For instance, when I called him on Friday to confirm our closing scheduled for Tuesday at 9 AM, he said it wouldn't happen because he hadn't received the necessary documents, despite everything being approved. When I contacted him again on Monday, he informed me that Tuesday was no longer an option. As I tried to discuss the situation, he became irritated with my questions, even threatening to cancel everything just one day before closing. The closing was eventually rescheduled for two days later, and Daniel initially said he would meet me there, but the next day, he informed me that he wouldn't be attending in person and would handle it remotely instead.

Daniel Levy made the whole process very smooth for me. I recently purchased my first home, he was patient, understanding, explaining me in details the process. Daniel is very professional, would be always answer in a timely matter, and would fight for his clients. I had a great experience with him,... and highly recommend him if you need to sell or purchase a home.

Dan and his team did a terrific job at taking care of everything in support of my elderly parents (85 and 80 years old) selling their condo. Dan dealt with the buyer and buyer representatives so my parents did not have to do so. He advised us of the specific steps we needed to take to complete the ...sale with our local government as well. Best of all Dan was empathetic and compassionate in dealing with my parents as they needed some guidance to complete the closing; which we did in their new residence. In short Dan was a great seller's attorney and I recommend him highly!
