Daniel E. Levy

My wife and I used Daniel E. Levy to represent us as buyers in a home purchase and were very satisfied with his work. One of the things I like most about Dan is that he is reachable. When you send an email he responds promptly. When I would call the office (rarely- I'm a Millennial!) he would answ...er. If you've bought/sold real estate before you know that everything happens FAST during the contracting process so having an attorney you can count on to respond quickly gives tremendous peace of mind. Dan handled all of the routine paperwork like the contract without any issues. When issues arose with the home inspection, he was our strong advocate and got us compensation for the issues found. When we came to closing and there were still some unresolved issues from the inspection, he secured us a lump sum payment to hire contractors to fix the unresolved issues. He was strong, firm and determined to get us what we deserved. We were more than satisfied with Dan Levy and he will be our attorney as long as we're living in Chicagoland. I will not hesitate to call him any time the need arises. In fact, we're planning to use Dan for our will/trust.
