Dan and his team did a terrific job at taking care of everything in support of my elderly parents (85 and 80 years old) selling their condo. Dan dealt with the buyer and buyer representatives so my parents did not have to do so. I have used Dan for my cousin and my aunt with regards to estate planning. My cousin was dying and he was the only person with power of attorney for my aunt. Dan setup a trust so that I could take care of my aunt after my cousin passed. This worked out perfectly.
