I hired Daniel to assist me with purchasing a home based on positive reviews I had read. However, after working with him, I found those reviews to be inaccurate. My calls went to voicemail, and my messages often weren't answered until the following day. For instance, when I called him on Friday to confirm our closing scheduled for Tuesday at 9 AM, he said it wouldn't happen because he hadn't received the necessary documents, despite everything being approved. When I contacted him again on Monday, he informed me that Tuesday was no longer an option. As I tried to discuss the situation, he became irritated with my questions, even threatening to cancel everything just one day before closing. The closing was eventually rescheduled for two days later, and Daniel initially said he would meet me there, but the next day, he informed me that he wouldn't be attending in person and would handle it remotely instead.
