I wish that I could say that he did something wrong but the sad truth is that he did NOTHING AT ALL. After I paid his fees in full he seemed to have vanished. I have been dealing with the IRS for some time. I have been on payment plans, and off when I was out of work. I connected with Steven through LinkedIn.
