Responsive and expert communication for estate planning

We were looking for an attorney who could guide us through the estate planning process. We had heard good things about SW&L Attorneys and upon contact with the firm we were referred to Jesse Maier. Jesse contacted us the next day with an organized list of information that he would need and issues we should think about prior to our in-person meeting. This saved us time and money. During our time at the SW&L office Jesse and his team were friendly and competent. Jesse was very approachable yet serious about ensuring our plan was in good order. It was obvious this area is one he specializes in. We would highly recommend Jesse and his team at SW&L Attorneys!

Excellent attorney

Jesse was a phenomenal attorney. He helped me get my POA, living will and will set up following the death of my spouse. He explained my options and how each option would affect my estate. I really appreciated how conscientious he was. I feel that he really cared that I received the information I needed to make informed decisions. He's a true asset to his company in my opinion. I could not be happier. I definitely would use him and his employer again for my legal needs.

Estate Planning made easier

The professional help Jesse Maier provided me in establishing and finalizing my Estate Plan was greatly appreciated. He provided guidance in situations that I needed to address with joint ownership, property in ND and MN, things to consider when writing a Will and a list of homework tasks to ascertain everything is in place related to financial documents, beneficiaries and power of attorney, etc. Jesse encouraged questions and helpfully responded to any clarification requests. Very satisfied with the help and timeliness of services Jesse provided.

Excellent Representation, Professional, Very Pleasant to deal with

With me living on the west coast, 1,400+ miles away, Jessie and his associated staff assisted me in dealing with a rather difficult multi-state estate including North Dakota and Montana. Jessie and his associates were very professional, thorough, pleasant and more than willing to take the time to ensure that I understood the process and that all of my questions were fully answered. I would highly recommend Jessie and his firm. Should I ever require additional legal assistance in either North Dakota or Montana, I will look to Jessie and his firm first.

Would highly recommend!

Very seamless process for our Estate Planning!

Jesse helped my wife and I with our Estate Planning. We were in need of updating our Estate Plan before we left on a trip out of the country. I called and spoke with Jesse and his staff, and we were able to get everything we needed accomplished in less than a few days! Jesse was very professional, honest and knowledgable during the entire process. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of Estate Planning.

Professional, Sincere and Kowledgeable

Mr. Maier was respectful, knowledgeable, sincere and professional. If he was uncertain about something pertaining to my case he did research and got back to me in a quickly manner. His action that I appreciated the most was his sincerity with courtesy follow up calls to make sure everything was going as expected and if I had any further questions or concerns to contact him.
