Responsive and expert communication for estate planning

We were looking for an attorney who could guide us through the estate planning process. We had heard good things about SW&L Attorneys and upon contact with the firm we were referred to Jesse Maier. Jesse contacted us the next day with an organized list of information that he would need and issues we ...should think about prior to our in-person meeting. This saved us time and money. During our time at the SW&L office Jesse and his team were friendly and competent. Jesse was very approachable yet serious about ensuring our plan was in good order. It was obvious this area is one he specializes in. We would highly recommend Jesse and his team at SW&L Attorneys!

Estate Planning made easier

The professional help Jesse Maier provided me in establishing and finalizing my Estate Plan was greatly appreciated. He provided guidance in situations that I needed to address with joint ownership, property in ND and MN, things to consider when writing a Will and a list of homework tasks to ascerta...in everything is in place related to financial documents, beneficiaries and power of attorney, etc. Jesse encouraged questions and helpfully responded to any clarification requests. Very satisfied with the help and timeliness of services Jesse provided.

Would highly recommend!

Jesse did some estate planning for my family in 2017 and 2018. He was professional yet always remained personable, and he made things very easy to understand. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
