Excellent attorney

Jesse was a phenomenal attorney. He helped me get my POA, living will and will set up following the death of my spouse. He explained my options and how each option would affect my estate. I really appreciated how conscientious he was. I feel that he really cared that I received the information I ...needed to make informed decisions. He's a true asset to his company in my opinion. I could not be happier. I definitely would use him and his employer again for my legal needs.

Estate Planning made easier

The professional help Jesse Maier provided me in establishing and finalizing my Estate Plan was greatly appreciated. He provided guidance in situations that I needed to address with joint ownership, property in ND and MN, things to consider when writing a Will and a list of homework tasks to ascerta...in everything is in place related to financial documents, beneficiaries and power of attorney, etc. Jesse encouraged questions and helpfully responded to any clarification requests. Very satisfied with the help and timeliness of services Jesse provided.
