Why do I offer free email consultations on any legal issue? After practicing for more than 30 years I have seen many situations where a problem was made much worse because the people involved did not consult an attorney at the beginning. Many people do not consult attorneys because they do not know how much it will cost and believe that it will be very expensive, much more than they can afford. Other people are busy with work and family and cannot find time between 8 and 5 on a weekday to drive to an attorneys office for an appointment. My new website, combines modern technology with my 30+ years of experience to solve these problems. I have listed the cost of many services on the website. You will know exactly how much the fee will be before you hire me. Also allows you to start the process from home on your computer at a time convenient for you. I offer web-video conference, telephone confernces and in-person meetings at my office at convenient times after the normal work day. I do these things because I believe that everyone should access to an attorney.
