Amazing

Amy has always got back to me when I email or call her within the same day. She is a very fair, kind person and she makes great judgement calls on what to do. She is organized with everything. She has great people skills, and is dedicated to doing an amazing professional job. Amy, was thorough with my case and did everything in her power to have my child's voice and mine heard by the judge. When I needed references for people to go to she knew exactly who to talk to and what to do. I will continue to keep her in my phone for many years and would recommend her to my family and friends.

One of the best lawyers we've ever dealt with

Amy is our Unicorn

In what seems to be a dog eat dog world, Amy is what every lawyer should be. She's professional, intelligent and knowledgeable. (And yes, I believe intelligence and knowledge are two completely different entities that are a rarity to find in any one person.) From day one she has always had my sons and my best interest at heart. She's picked up where others could have let the ball drop. I truly believe she is our unicorn, that once in a life time person that is going to make a difference for the better in my family's life. It is more than comforting knowing she is the one that is representing us. I will continue to work with Amy far beyond our current family law case and would turn to her for any legal need that may ever arise in the future.

Excellent

Amy is an excellent attorney. I have never felt more comfortable going to anyone with my issues. I know I can email her whenever I have an issue and she will answer as soon as she can. She has helped me with everything possible in my case. If I am out of line with what I am asking she is sure to tell me and make sure I don't over step my boundaries in the case. She is an amazing attorney and I would recommend her to anyone. I couldn't have asked for someone better to represent me and help me with my case.

Help with Student Loans

Amy was great! She was very informative and knowledgeable, and she was always extremely responsive. She knew how to help and made the process, which is an unpleasant ordeal, easy to deal with. Communication was great. She was friendly and kind. Great job! I'd definitely recommend her and would use her again.

Amy was recommended by a relative. Working with her was a very stress free. She talked in a way i could understand. She kept me in the loop on any thing that was going on with my case. The first time i met her she made me feel very comfortable with dealing with i thought was a very complicated. I knew right away that she was there to help me thru the whole case. Amy Sauer Attorney with Heller and Thyen Law Firm St. Cloud MN

We met Amy at her office at Heller & Thyen in St. Cloud, Mn. When we first starting thinking of filing for bankrupcy we were apprehensive and to be honest scared. We made appointments with 3 different attorney's. Amy was our 2nd appointment. She was very friendly front the first appointment and explained to us all our different options. We immediately felt at ease and at the end of our free consultation and we hired her and her law firm. Throughout the whole process Amy was friendly and constantly answered our questions we had many and kept us informed. She was always quick to return a phone call or an email . We never felt uncomfortable with the process. Going through a bankruptcy is a very emotional process that she understands from the begining to the end. We would highly recommend Amy and her staff at Heller & Thyen. Thank you Amy for all you do.

Recent client
