Custody Matter

OUTCOME:

I represented dad in a highly contentious custody matter involving a two-year old girl. The parties were never-married. Mother denied substance abuse issues, was evasive in discovery responses, non-coo ... perative in the custody evaluation process, and did not comply with the Court's directives regarding Scheduling Orders. The matter proceeded to trial and father was awarded sole legal and physical custody of the child. The Court ordered Mother's parenting time is supervised until proof of sobriety.
