Thorough & Compassionate Lawyer

Adam won my case for me against the collection agency, Messerli & Kramer, that were garnishing my wages. I was really stressed out & embarrassed about my situation, but Adam successfully sued Messerli & they backed down; we settled out of court, they paid me my damage reward & stopped all garnishmen...ts. Adam went above & beyond for me & when I needed a competent professional who could deliver & be trusted, Adam was the lawyer I needed.

Debt collection settlement.

Adam helped us win a settlement from an aggressive debt collection company. Adam was very professional. He explained the process and the plan of action. We really didn't have to do anything. Aggressive Consumer Protection Attorney

Adam Strauss is the most aggressive and hard working consumer protection attorney I know. I am an attorney myself and I feel I can tell when an attorney is really solid. Adam is really solid with bringing claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Telephone Consumer Protectio...n Act (TCPA). He won my case and I've seen him successfully litigate for his other clients's FDCPA and TCPA claims, too. If you want an aggressive and passionate lawyer, then I highly recommend Adam.
