Communicative, Educational, Detailed

I found Dan after initial consultations with other attorneys/firms left me confused, stressed and lacking clarity. These were bigger firms that seemed more interested in me as business than as a person. After leaving my consultation with Dan I felt a sense of relief that I had not felt in some time. ...Over the course of this process, Dan went above and beyond to communicate with me (via email or phone) and provided. Many times, he would follow up my email with a phone call, which I appreciated. There was not one time where I couldn't reach him if I needed to. He handled my concerns with reassurance and patience. I never felt like I was a burden to him. Dan made sure to walk me through, in detail, the 341 meeting and what to expect. I felt extremely prepared and because of that, everything went smoothly. Dan truly made me feel like he cared and had my best interests in mind and now that the process is over, I would gladly recommend his services to anyone facing the same struggle. If you are looking for an attorney who won't leave you feeling like a number, Dan is someone you should talk to. Lastly, I found his fees to and payment process to be affordable and I'd likely pay much more in hindsight. He went above and beyond and cannot thank him enough.

Yeoman's service!

After my five years plus of working with him, Dan has earned a great review. There's nothing about bankruptcy and financial distress that is "easy", but it's clear that Dan works hard to make it as easy and simple as possible. He's clear in his communications, always willing to answer questions, and... does a great job of explaining where you are in the journey, and what's next. I pray that I never need his services again, but he's definitely who I would return to if I did!

Excellent lawyer

Dan was great to work with and always available to answer questions about my case. When I hired him, I wasn't sure what to expect and was worried about the process. Butt he was able to set my mind at ease and make the process less scary. Highly recommended!

Easy, Kind, Successful

Dan helped me get my Ch 7 bankruptcy completed, easily! This is my first time filing, and like most people say, I wish I did it sooner. I found Dan because he was one of the top listed bankruptcy attorneys in Minneapolis. Dan was pleasant to work with, communicative, and comprehensive in his efforts ...to ensure I understood the process and the filing was accepted. I paid about $2000 once at the beginning for his services, which is a good price for ensuring you get what you want. Most of the process was waiting for the judgement, Dan took care of practically everything. I understand why he is one of the top bankruptcy attorneys! Thanks Dan!
