Dan is a wonderful person and a great lawyer. He helped us through every step of our bankruptcy filing, explained things very clearly and answered every question we had expediently. We had a somewhat complicated case as it involved our S corp business also, with our Son as a partner. The fees we paid... were very reasonable and we were able to make affordable payments before the bankruptcy was filed. The collection calls were stopped immediately as Dan wasted no time in getting the proper paperwork to our creditors. Dan met us in an Elk River office for our initial consultation in the late afternoon and the rest of it was done by phone calls and emails so we never had to miss a day of work which considering we were having financial problems was very important. I reviewed my credit report 2 years after the final bankruptcy and had a question on the way our mortgages were reported. I emailed Dan and he replied within 2 hours with a very detailed, understandable explanation. Now THAT is customer service.
