Easy, Kind, Successful

Dan helped me get my Ch 7 bankruptcy completed, easily! This is my first time filing, and like most people say, I wish I did it sooner. I found Dan because he was one of the top listed bankruptcy attorneys in Minneapolis. Dan was pleasant to work with, communicative, and comprehensive in his efforts ...to ensure I understood the process and the filing was accepted. I paid about $2000 once at the beginning for his services, which is a good price for ensuring you get what you want. Most of the process was waiting for the judgement, Dan took care of practically everything. I understand why he is one of the top bankruptcy attorneys! Thanks Dan!

Knowledgeable Bankruptcy Attorney

I hired Dan to file a bankruptcy after consulting on a civil suit. He was friendly, explained the process, laid out my options and advised me well. Dan eliminated a lot of the stress from the situation by making sure everything was done correctly and promptly. He followed up regularly with updates... and kept me apprised of every step. I would highly recommend Dan if you need a bankruptcy or debt attorney.

The BEST Bankruptcy Attorney!

I had a complicated bankruptcy. I’m self-employed with 2 businesses and also own rental property. Dan was always available to skillfully answer my questions. I had a few nail-biting moments, Dan was there to reassure me and always gave me great advice. I believe he charges a very reasonable rate for ...the level of service he provides. My bankruptcy was successfully discharged and I’m now on my way to a fresh start. A huge thanks to Dan Cooke, he is truly the best choice for an attorney.

Bankruptcy Attorney

I was extremely nervous and embarrassed going into the consultation with Mr. Cooke. When I got there he was super kind and personable. I voiced my nervous and embarrassment and he reassured me that there was nothing to be embarrassed about. He explained in more detail what bankruptcy was and how it w...orked, he was not pushy and really wanted me to make the right decision for me. After I hired him, he was very attentive and thorough with my case. Any questions I had, I could always call or email him. The day of the court date, he arrived early and helped prepare me and told me what to expect. After it was all said and done, he told me if I ever had any questions or concerns to never hesitate to call or email him. Overall, I would definitely recommend Mr.Cooke as a bankruptcy attorney. Yes he is an attorney but he is an attorney that genuinely cares.
