I never imagined it to be that easy!!

Before I decided to hire Dan to help me with my heaping debt, I had been struggling with the idea of bankruptcy and all of the extra things that come along with it. Besides Dan, I did contact a few other lawyers that specialized in bankruptcy, for a quote and free advice. Dan responded very promptly ...and offered the best price. After talking with him on the phone, I immediately decided to hire him and start the process. I never imagined that it would be that easy! Thanks to Dan, I am now debt free and starting to work on building my credit back up again.

Dan Cooke, excellent attorney!

Many of you know that filing a chapter 7 is not as easy as people think. You need to have an attorney that is knowlegeable and approachable. Dan Cooke happens to be one of those attorneys. He went all the way to make sure that everything went smooth and painless and even went beyond that to explain t...o me how I could get my credit report straightened after filing. He is always there when you need him! Julie A.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
