Attorney Robert Foley earned his Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law in 2009 after graduating from Iowa State University with a B.S. in History and a minor in Psychology. In 2010, he joined the law firm of Gerald Miller, P.A., a Minneapolis-based D.W.I. and criminal defense firm with over 35 years of experience. He was promoted to the position of Managing Attorney in 2013. Attorney Foley focused primarily on D.W.I. Defense litigation and represented Defendants throughout the state of Minnesota.
