Jeremy J. Kaschinske

Jeremy met me at the lowest point in my life which is when I was unjustly thrown in jail for a domestic dispute. Once he had all the facts from me in addition to the police reports I could tell he too genuinely felt I was wronged. He helped me navigate all the unnecessary hoops the court implemente...d and we both agreed that we'd take the case to a jury if necessary before taking ANY sort of lesser deal. We luckily never got that far as Jeremy was able to work it out with the facts at hand to prove to the prosecuting attorney and judge that this was not even a case and all charges were dismissed. Throughout the entire process Jeremy made himself available for any questions/concerns I had as they came up and I really respect and appreciate all his efforts in the unfortunate circumstances he had found me in. I will refer him to any/everybody that ever has a need for the type of work he does. I cannot say enough great things about him!

Jeremy is a man of integrity ~ I cannot speak highly enough of him. I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands the first time I met with Jeremy. With his knowledge of the law and his excellent “court side” manner, he was able to significantly minimize the consequences I was facing. Not only... did Jeremy do a terrific job for me, he was also able to help my minor son after he got into some “teenage” trouble. Here again, we were able to get through an unfortunate time with less anguish and stress because Jeremy was representing my son. If I had it to do over again, I would absolutely hire Jeremy to represent me or a member of my family. I would and have recommended him to other folks in need of a good attorney.
