Family Law
Handled a very complicated divorce and custody case like she does it every day. She is very smart and an excellent strategist. What impressed me most was her ability to handle all aspects of family law from dealing with the parenting consultant to finances. She made it clear what is happening ever...

Appellant's requests were denied and the Court remanded the issue of security for spousal maintenance.
Reversed and remanded
The Minnesota Court of Appeals affirmed the district court's order denying father's request to terminate his child support obligation.
Reversed and remanded. The Court held that the district court did not abuse its discretion in limiting parenting time, but could not modify custody without an evidentiary hearing or award attorney's fees without permitting Appellant to respond.
Reversed and remanded. The Court of Appeals found that the district court's finding were inadequate to support the divsion of marital assets and the evidence did not support the determination of wife's income for support purposes.
