A true professional

I switched counsel mid divorce, to Ms Novelli. This proved to be the right move because this is where my divorce took a turn for the better and the truth came out. Ms Novelli was a steady, strong and decisive voice during this tough time. Her attention to detail, true knowledge of my file and calcu...lated approach was invaluable to a fair, favorable result. I highly recommend.

Terrible Experience and very unprofessional

The word “practicing” law applies here.......she is practicing at the expense of the client. She made numerous mistakes with my case and clearly incompetent of practicing law. She should be disbarred and I’m filing a complaint with the bar association. She is greedy and only out for money. She ch...arges you for her numerous mistakes and won’t take calls or finish the mess she started. It cost lots of money to fix her mistakes. Don’t listen to her smooth talking sales pitch, after you give her money she changes and you see the unprofessional incompetent side, she doesn’t like question and it’s because she doesn’t know the answers or wants to admit her mistakes.

Fantastic

Lee and her team were absolutely amazing. Extremely professional, quick to respond, and highly knowledgeable. I presented a difficult situation and she took it on with a positive, clear, and educated perspective. I received numerous recommendations from other lawyers in the Minneapolis market that sh...e is one of the best family law attorneys. I’m glad I listened to them. You can’t go wrong with selecting her for you representation.

Highly recommend Lee!

I could not be happier to recommend Lee Novelli. She has represented me twice during a very difficult divorce and an order of protection. Lee was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the legal system. She was compassionate and available at all times to answer my questions. I am forever gra...teful that I had Lee on my side during this difficult time. I highly recommend Lee without hesitation.

Excellent Representation

Lee provided me with excellent representation during a complicated, highly emotional custody negotiation. Lee staunchly refused to participate in character assassinations, petty arguments and antagonistic measures (all while taking the brunt of the opposing sides' fully vested commitment to that appr...oach) - always kept my son's best interests front of mind and provided firm but gentle guidance throughout the whole process. She kept me well informed, returned calls/emails promptly, and was always honest with what she thought was the best option. Lee is not reactionary, and takes careful, measured action to ensure her clients interests are protected. She is smart, strategic, well spoken and highly committed to her clients. I would highly recommend Lee for anyone dealing with divorce/custody/domestic support issues. She's the best out there.
