Emily asked me to write a review on her website. I did but I’m doing it here again too. A little about myself. I’m a type A, workaholic person. I don’t believe in leaving your job until the job is done. I’m sure Emily got tired of my endless questions and frustration at the legal system. But her and ...her associate worked with me. My ex just kept coming at, and this time she lost. I would try and try to talk with her about unaccompanied minor status, and it was always no or some other time. We finally took her back to court when mediation was not going to work. Not only did we get unaccompanied minor, but the entire summer. Remember guys, the victory is always worth the struggle. I’ve learned immediate results do not constitute poor work ethic. Emily and Whitney are amazing. I will keep paying Emily because my ex will never leave me alone. Hire these two, they know how to win.

I hired Emily after being served court papers from my child's father who hadn't been around in 6 years and all of a sudden wanted joint custody. Emily listened while I explained my situation to her, she then took matters into her own hands and made this horrible process seem so simple. I did nothing,... but followed her directions ( be polite and document everything ). With all of Emily's help I won that battle and he was not granted joint custody & he was order to pay child support as well and that's not why we initially went to court. Emily is GREAT at what she does and without her I'm not sure how that situation would've turned out. Anytime anyone asks me if I know a good attorney I always refer them to her. I'd hire her again without a doubt!
