CUSTODY RAMSEY

THERE ARE MUCH BETTER Attorneys for free (pro bono) of same fee or less. Here is my STRONG opinion and break dn. 1. She charges per your income, (u get less than what u paid for. 2 She speaks a good game to hook u 3. she seemed to side with the attorney for the other party's attn. way more than mine.... I thought my attn. was the enemy. She doesn't do what you ask for you own case, TOTALLY UNPREPARED to DEFEND, she was looking more to me for answers, AT the trial. HOW does a "MAN" loose his custody w/o primia facia or "just cause" this was a bad bad terrible defense. But when it was time to pay, she was on it. I do NOT recommend this attn:

It is unfortunate that this former client has such a negative review. We must work with what we are given and our firm did our best to provide this client with guidance and counsel to repair the damage already done to the best of our ability. We have learned a lot from this experience. Emily Cooper Cooper Law

Excellent lawyer - Highly recommend

Emily not only provided me with excellent legal representation from start to finish; she also was instrumental with helping me find my voice and confidence following a difficult divorce. When I hired Emily, she was open and honest about her approach, delivered the facts, fought hard for me, was patie...nt with me and helped me to understand my rights. She took time to answer my questions and settle my fears. A courtroom can be intimidating and with her by my side, I always felt I was in good hands. Her representation made all the difference for the end result where we "won" a long battle. She was also conscious of fees and never over-charged. It has been a couple years since winning our case and I will forever be grateful to her for not only her hard work and professionalism, but also for her humanity. She treated me with such patience, dignity and respect, never talking down to me. I never felt like just a "case". I would recommend Emily to anyone in need of legal representation. She knows her stuff, cares about her clients, is professional yet human, is tough, fact-based and will fight for what is right. Because of Emily, I feel a renewed sense of hope and faith that with persistence and patience, the right people come along who will stand by and with you for what is right and just.

Excellent

I would recommend Emily to my closest friends and family. I spent over $20,000 with another attorney to try to resolve my custody issue. Emily took time to get up to speed on my case and it was resolved shortly after I hired her with my terms. She was always organized, never made a mistake and had ev...erything in order for court. Thank you Emily.
