Shortly afterwards, he advised me of my legal options and told me that he'd support me either way, but gave me the pros and cons on each decision. Ultimately, he sent a letter to the insurance agency and let them know I was prepared to fight this case in court and only 2 days afterwards, they agreed to settle in the case. I know this would've never happened without Richard Carlson. I tried over and over on my own, but with Carlson's help, we only worked on this case for 2 weeks and they settled. I'm forever grateful for him because I did not expect it to happen so quickly and easily. He truly worked a miracle and I totally recommend him to friends and family.
