Cottrell Law Firm, P.A. (CLF) opened in February 2002. Since its opening, CLF has become a leader in the collection of debts in Minnesota, and has just recently expanded into both Colorado and North Dakota.  Mr. Cottrell is admitted to practice in the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux (Dakota) community Tribal Court.   Cottrell Law Firm also has a strong general practice, which includes estate planning, family law and numerous other practice areas. Bill’s common sense approach to law has served his clients well, and he has had great success winning law suits, negotiating settlements and providing sound legal advice to his clients.
