I recently had a legal issue with a school bus and was so fortunate to find Rick thru Hyatt legal. Rick explained the process to me in terms I could understand and I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable yet casual. He has a great sense of humor which helped me to relax during the proce...ss. He was quick to respond to me and kept me up to speed on my case. Rick was so great to work with. When I received a serious charge for an absurd reason, I had NO idea what to do or who to go to. Through someone my husband had heard from, I had called Rick while on vacation. I was scared to death, because if convicted of this charge, it would impact my entire career. The other thing about Rick, is that due to his outstanding character in the community, many prosecuters and judges enjoy working with Rick, because they know he is not going to try to cheat or lie his way through. Rick is an all around stand up person that really makes you feel like you have someone in your "corner," taking care of you from beginning to end. I truly can't speak higher about my experience with Rick Carlson. I am forever grateful for him.

During a horrible winter in Minnesota a couple years ago, a bus side-swiped me because he wasn't able to stop and completely totaled my car. Then a couple months ago, I joined the Hyatt Legal plan and found Richard Carlson on the website. From the first call, he seemed very understanding and willing to help. I sent him more details on my case and right away, he was on the phone with the insurance company. Shortly afterwards, he advised me of my legal options and told me that he'd support me either way, but gave me the pros and cons on each decision. Ultimately, he sent a letter to the insurance agency and let them know I was prepared to fight this case in court and only 2 days afterwards, they agreed to settle in the case. I know this would've never happened without Richard Carlson. I tried over and over on my own, but with Carlson's help, we only worked on this case for 2 weeks and they settled. I'm forever grateful for him because I did not expect it to happen so quickly and easily. He truly worked a miracle and I totally recommend him to friends and family.
