When a family member was arrested and we were told that a felony charge was pending we called Dan Adkins. He was there to facilitate the release from jail, he told us exactly what to expect without any sugar coating, and he told us what the most likely scenarios would be for the future. I was nearing the end of my case and my attorney wanted me to take a deal I was very unhappy with.
