Daniel Spivey Adkins

I was one of Mr. Adkins fairly rare family law clients. He messed up my divorce!!! I never got a copy of my final stipulated judgment and decree from him. I figured it was no big deal, as i had a copy of the proposed order that went to the judge for signayure, so i figured that i knew the contents. ...Six years later, I requested a copy from the court. I found out that the judge had made additional findings that my now ex husband was responsible for a large portion of debt. Since I hadn't known this, I had long since paid the debt. Shame on this guy. He should have provided me with a final copy and probably drawn my attention to this important fact.
