Daniel Spivey Adkins

When a family member was arrested and we were told that a felony charge was pending we called Dan Adkins. He was there to facilitate the release from jail, he told us exactly what to expect without any sugar coating, and he told us what the most likely scenarios would be for the future. And that wa...s all for free! After wisely deciding to retain him, we were told to expect a felony charge that he hoped to argue down to a misdemeanor or even probation. He was available via phone, email, or in person to address our many questions and concerns. Dan developed a strategy he felt would give us the best chance at a favorable outcome. The bottom line is that after following Dan's guidance it ended up that charges were never filed (even though there was a confession.)
