I was nearing the end of my case and my attorney wanted me to take a deal I was very unhappy with. But I had used him in the past and he had a reputation as being the best Harvard educated attorney in out area. I did trust him but didn't think he really tried in my case. I had a friend who was helpin...g me out a lot because he is very knowledgeable about law. He asked if he could just talk to a friend (Dan) a little bit about my case. It was late on a Friday night, but I was on the phone talking with Mr. Adkins with in one half hour. I was scared to death and just in a tizzy about what my current attorney wanted me to do.
