Brian J. Bushaw

I hired this attorney and he did not respond in a timely fashion, if at all, to my phone calls or requests for information. He did the minimum required to handle my case and I found out later, from other attorneys in the field, that there was much more he could have done to protect my child's intere...sts--his work was sloppy and disinterested. The worst was perhaps, towards the end of my case, when I overheard him joking in a very offensive, sarcastic, and mean-spirited manner about the child of another client.

I have had Brian as an attorney in matters of divorce and child placement twice in eight years. Both times he was trustworthy, proactive, knowledgeable, prompt, and responsive. He is a master of both brevity and poignent effectiveness. A lawyer that can do his job quickly and accurately is invalua...ble. He has been an outstanding advocate for me as a client. No matter what, I have always felt that Brian will put my interests and the best interests of my children first. I would recommend Brian to anyone looking for a professional attorney who knows what he is doing and who serves his clients in a way that gets the job done, and does it well.

Brian Bushaw was not reliable. Could not reach him at all at a time of urgency. Did not put my kids needs first and feel strongly that he is only in this profession for the money, NOT the client at all!! He also shared a present client's issue with me, though he did not mention names, he went abov...e the confidentiality law. Disappointed with him as an attorney and woyuld not refer him out to anyone.
