First time was great second time he fed right into my exs lies. I will.be asking for another laywer next time. Was very unhappy he allowed my ex to lied to his face. My x even paused. 4 lying that was a died give away he should have noticed. He is only good if u double up with harbor house otherwis...e he feeds into narcissistic people

I hired Brian for post divorce problems with my ex, specifically my ex denying placement and attempting to alienate our daughter. Brian is compassionate, proficient, extremely knowledgeable, well versed, and aggressive. He will stand up for you. I've had numerous well known attorneys during m...y lengthy divorce. None even remotely compared to Brian's ability and results. His courtroom/trial capability and performance are stellar and at the top of his profession. He honestly doesn't miss a beat in court and his tenacity is incredible! I could not be happier. I would highly and strongly recommend Brian in the most complicated and conflicting divorce case. He is the best. His communication skills are excellent. He is on top of all the details. He is worth every penny!!!

I was looking for a family attorney in the phone book. Geez, we all know how horrible that could be. Like finding a mechanic, it's hit or miss, then you pray you got the right one. Sure I was nervous at first with Brian. Young guy, stylish, great first meeting though. I knew right from the start he h...ad heart. THAT is the most important thing to me. If one has heart, they usually put it all into what they do. My case was an odd one. Not common by any means. I am a grandmother, and was fighting for my right to visit my grandbaby. Brian was kind, patient, and omg smart. His extensive legal background made it easy for him to file, call, do whatever we needed done, to be done. He knows the ins and outs of family law, like one knows their own hand. All done in a timely manner, which is unusual for busy courts now a days. He didn't bankrupt me either lol. Which again is unusual in today's mindset of lock everyone up, and squeeze their relatives for money . I cant speak highly enough of Brian. I would hire him again in a heartbeat if I thought I needed to. I would and AM recommending him to the world. He can be trusted, counted on. Many a text and email he took just to reassure an old woman that everything was going to be ok. The personal touch, the kindness, the skill. He was a God send! If you have a family law issue and DON"T hire Brian, you've just thrown your money away. I guarantee it. A better family lawyer you will never find.

Brian was not only unreliable, but unprofessional. He didn't care about my son's best interest and did a crappy job in the court room. He failed to represent and defend me. At times, he sounded like he was not even familiar with my case, after being his client for a year. He failed to note important ...details that were important in my case, and therefore did not represent me as best as he could of. When I changed attorneys, he delayed the process because there was still a balance on my account. He's a misogynist and definitely isn't going to fight for you if you're a woman.

After reading good and bad reviews, I agree with all of them BUT, the BAD outweighs the GOOD!! No matter what is happening with the child, he will believe what he wants. Beware Parents!!! He has a tendency of assuming one thing when the evidence says another which is very BAD for the kids in a lot ...of cases!! If you wants someone FAIR, find someone else. If you just want someone that returns your calls, hire him.
