was looking for aggressive attorney who would return e-mails phone calls etc whenever new thing would arise and HE IS NOT THE ANSWER! he returns nothing! Plus we didn't know anything moving forward until the last minute! I was also scolded like a child for coming into his office without a appoi...ntment! We were threated like children . Brian was my divorce lawyer in 2010. I was scared and broke and didn't know which way was up. He led me through every step, stayed on top of my ex husband when he tried not to cooperate, and got a wonderful settlement for me. The only time we did not communicate the best was when it came to time t...ables. There were a few times there was a gap between one step and the next because I was not aware that I could move forward. But overall, I was extremely happy with him.

After reading good and bad reviews, I agree with all of them BUT, the BAD outweighs the GOOD!! No matter what is happening with the child, he will believe what he wants. Beware Parents!!! He has a tendency of assuming one thing when the evidence says another which is very BAD for the kids in a lot ...of cases!! If you wants someone FAIR, find someone else. If you just want someone that returns your calls, hire him.
