Brian was my divorce lawyer in 2010. I was scared and broke and didn't know which way was up. He led me through every step, stayed on top of my ex husband when he tried not to cooperate, and got a wonderful settlement for me. The only time we did not communicate the best was when it came to time t...ables. There were a few times there was a gap between one step and the next because I was not aware that I could move forward. But overall, I was extremely happy with him.

Brian was not only unreliable, but unprofessional. He didn't care about my son's best interest and did a crappy job in the court room. He failed to represent and defend me. At times, he sounded like he was not even familiar with my case, after being his client for a year. He failed to note important ...details that were important in my case, and therefore did not represent me as best as he could of. When I changed attorneys, he delayed the process because there was still a balance on my account. He's a misogynist and definitely isn't going to fight for you if you're a woman.

After reading good and bad reviews, I agree with all of them BUT, the BAD outweighs the GOOD!! No matter what is happening with the child, he will believe what he wants. Beware Parents!!! He has a tendency of assuming one thing when the evidence says another which is very BAD for the kids in a lot ...of cases!! If you wants someone FAIR, find someone else. If you just want someone that returns your calls, hire him.

We have worked with three differant attorneys over the years in the area of child custody. Brian is far and away the best. He responded promptly to all of our questions knew what needed to be done and explained it so we could understand what our rights were and why.
