Chadwick J. Kaehne

Chad is an awesome lawyer. He made a painful criminal matter turn into something very easy to deal with. Chad took the bull by the horns when the DA tried to rush us and showed him who was actually in charge. I cannot say enough that is good about this man. When all was said and done he offered hi...s legal help to a non profit group that I belong to. I highly recommend Chad to anyone that needs a damn good lawyer!

I only have amazing things to say about this attorney. I called him a day after my mom was facing a pending charge for a 3rd OWI. He really knows his stuff and although they cant always gaurantee an outcome, he certainly puts his clients first and fights tooth and nail for them. My mother was facing ...a 3rd OWI charge (criminal) and he got it down to a 1st offence with the PAC and inattentive driving dismissed. He is very proactive about making contact with his clients about keeping them updated on the status of their pending case. He always showed up to court early and stayed after to answer and questions and to explain what the next step was. Regardless of how many clients he had retained he always made it seem like you were his #1 priority. I owe him a lot more than just a thank you, but this was a starting point. Also, everyone in the office along with himself treat you with great respect. If you are worried and want to put yourself into good hands, give this guy a call.

I was charged with an OWI case (1st Offense). This lawyer Chad Kaehne really knows his DUI law. It seemed like the prosecutor was really off. Because every time that prosecutor said something, Chad Kaehne checked him with what really happened by showing the squad camera video and the cop's own report...s. It really seemed like he prepared and mastered all of the facts from my DUI before walking into the courtroom and he knew the correct laws to say to the judge to get him to determine that the cop illegally had a nurse take my blood. My blood test was thrown out because of this and the prosecutor just dismissed the case right after the judge said the prosecution couldn't use the blood test results. I highly recommend Chad Kaehne for DUI. He knows this area of the law for sure and he got me an amazing result instead of losing my license for a year.

When I came across KLPP Law I was not in the best position I had a lawyer that was cheap by my first court hearing I went from having my kids to nothing but a phone call once a night recorded. My ex found a really high power woman's rights lawyer HBO that put up so many mirrors away from the facts I ...lost everything in the stroke of a Pen I was in a bad place even had a restraining order out against me from HBO based on wrong information I didn't know what to do. I made an appointment with Chadwick and he read it over and said this is all Garbage who did you have for a lawyer to let no fathers rights then he said don't tell me I don't want to know. You are in a really big hole to climb out of. He sounded like he knew the laws and filed a motion to start the ball rolling he hammered on HBO lawyer hard very hard. Then HBO left the case. My ex went to another respectable lawyer soon after she left the case. Chadwick will be by your side and fight to win. You get what you pay for with Chadwick. He knows law and uses every bit to fight for a very skewed legal system that favors Moms stories over hard core fathers facts. If your a Father that loves his kids as much as I love my kids he will fight for your rights. I would recommend him to any God loving moral person in legal trouble from a shady lawyers doing. In the end as of today 2-4-2015 I now have 50/50 see my kids bring them to Sunday school and church. God worked Through Chadwick and his staff to bring my kids back to me. And no restraining order which he fought as well to be dismissed.

A few months ago I hired Chad to take my DUI case. When presented he listened closely and explained what steps he would take if hired. He followed through with discovery, motions to suppress. The outcome was in my favor. The case dismissed. Now, I can't say this will happen for all, but it my ca...se it did. I recommend him highly. His prep of my case was thorough and well thought out. He had done his homework and new exactly the case law the judge referred. Again, I highly recommend Chad. I might add, if the case would not have gone in the direction it did, I still recommend Chad. Not only for the above reasons, but for his no nonsense approach. He told me what I was facing, what might occur. There were no surprises.
