Attorney Peter Kraft
Peter is the owner and sole attorney at KraftGuard Legal Services LLC. KraftGuard was established as Peter shifted from a general practice firm to a firm dedicated to Guardianship Law. Peter’s passion is to help clients throughout the State of Wisconsin protect their vulnerable loved ones. Peter has experience representing individuals under guardianship as their attorney. He has also represented others as a Guardian ad Litem. In his role as Guardian ad Litem, Peter advocates for the best interests of the individual before the court.
Peter began his career as a criminal defense attorney where he spent thousands of hours in court arguing on behalf of his clients. Applying these experiences to Guardianship cases allows Peter to have a comprehensive understanding of the differing perspectives present in all Guardianship cases.
Peter was born and raised in Seymour, Wisconsin. Peter received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay where he studied History. He then received his Juris Doctorate degree from Marquette University in 2008. Peter resides in the Fox Valley with his wife Kari and their two children.
