Shane Laughton Brabazon

My son was arrested and faced serious drug charges. I immediately knew that I needed to hire a lawyer. I spent a full day calling as many lawyers as I could. When I talked with Shane over the phone, it was clear that he understood my concerns about the case and immediately provided a sense of direc...tion and ease. I hired him the next day. Mr Brabazon's fees were a bit higher then others I spoke with, but not as high as some. I am so glad that I didn't make the choice on price alone. He was worth every hard earned dollar I spent. I never felt that I needed to remind him of details. I did learn that it was best for me to simply let him proceed through the hearings and do what he does best rather than be a helicopter mom. He was always timely and met us before and after the hearings. His presence in the court room is everything I hoped for. It was obvious that he has been working in the system for years and seems respected by those he needs to work with. My sons case ended up going much longer than I expected. Mr Brabazon questioned all aspects of the procedures that led to the arrest and took the time that was needed to proceed correctly. Without Mr Brabazon, I would probably be visiting my son in prison for a long term sentence and several felony charges. Instead, my son has one felony, time served and 5 years probation. I understand that my son's case is a success story. I believe that Mr Brabazon is half the reason that my son has the ability to write a new chapter for himself. My son is now sober, finished college, has a sales associate position and is a contributing member of our community. Thank you Shane Brabazon for all you have done for my family.
