I highly recommend Brabazon Law office. My son had an OWI first offense and was told he needed to have the breath tester in his car. He had many registered to him that were no longer around as they were scraped so we needed help getting them removed. Brabazon Law offices dug into the matter farthe...r than I expected and found out he didn't even need the breath tester. We couldn't be more pleased with our service and results. I was charged with a serious sexual assault crime. Although the charge was absurd, I was very afraid of the possibility of a bad outcome. While I felt the criminal justice system was always stacked against me I had the advantage of a great attorney on my side to give me a little peace of mind. ... My case dragged on for about a year and a half. I had to sit in jail for half of that time awaiting trial. I am certain this would have been much less if I had hired Shane sooner. I assure you that this man will handle your case to the best of his ability. Thankfully, his ability is equal to or above any lawyers in the area. I was impressed at how well he handled the court proceedings and that he always took my opinion of what was happening and how to handle things into consideration. The law is not fair. The system is not fair. Don't kid yourself. I had my life turned completely upside down over a lie and the DA's office could not have cared less about the truth. Thankfully, after a year and a half, I had my day in court. My jury trial was nothing like a movie. Shane knew everything to be expected and how to pick and handle a jury properly. He knew all the technical significance of every aspect of the proceedings and any case law that applied. I was overjoyed and relieved to get the justice I deserved, finally. To hear the words not guilty have me a sense that jury trial is as close to a just process as we can get, considering we use such little science in some of this. I would advise ANYONE considering hiring an attorney for ANY CRIMINAL MATTER to do it and if you take that advice HIRE MR. BRABAZON. The price is high, but life is something that a person can afford to pay for.

My son was arrested and faced serious drug charges. I immediately knew that I needed to hire a lawyer. I spent a full day calling as many lawyers as I could. I understand that my son's case is a success story. I believe that Mr Brabazon is half the reason that my son has the ability to write a new chapter for himself. Shane did a very good job helping me handle a 3rd OWI charge. There was no chance of beating the charge, but he did an excellent job negotiating with the D.A., and judge to obtain a lower sentence than the guidelines. He and his staff were responsive to my questions throughout the process, and meeti...ngs were easily scheduled. Situations requiring Shane's expertise are typically not fun, but he is very good choice if you need an attorney.
