Trial, after trial, after trial, after trial - Attorney

Insist on going to trial on a criminal charge? He is your best choice. Sharp, cool, focused & a winner. He knows the law and tactics. He cleared my name by convincing 12 women & men I was not to blame. Don't expect by hiring him a dismissal or not guilty verdict however. No lawyer has that record. Tr...ials are stressful and expensive- There is nobody else I would want by my side in a courtroom representing me other than Shane.

Great Experience

I had a very favorable experience with this lawyer. I have never been in touble before, so I met with at least 5 lawyers. Even though he was more expensive than some of the other attorneys..it was well worth it. He gave me as much time as I needed and had a very friendly staff that always seemed t...o give me the answers I needed. WHen we walked into the court room you could see how the other attorneys and Judges respected him. After watching some of the other attorneys, I knew I picked the right one. He seemed to go the extra mile and stood up for me. He didnt make false promises to me like I hear about other attorneys. Some of them I met with seemed like used car salesman.. always telling me what I wanted to hear. I am a firm believer in the concept you get what you pay for. Attorney Brabazon was worth every penny.

Excellent Experience

I was recently charged with a drunk driving (DWI). I had been in this predicament before and have hired an attorney with little benefit. I was facing some jail time so I thought I should get an attorney but truly I did not expect very much. I had heard some good things about Attorney Brabizon. Whe...n I met with him, I wasnt sure if he was telling me the truth, or just telling me what I want to hear. I decided to hire him because of his reputation and he seemed to really know alot about these type of cases. He really kept me informed about what to expect. He didnt sugar coat anything. He filed some motion about the officer not doing something right. When we got in front of the judge, I could tell the Judge respected what he said. He knew the law better than the prosecutor. He ran circles around him. In the end, my case was dismissed! Wow, what a difference the attorney can make

Risrespectful and Rude.

In a consultation call you’d think that someone would be a pleasant person. Specifically if you may at some point be paying this person. After being very abrasive, exasperating at the details and just over all acting crass with me when we were talking over my situation, he snapped on me and said, “wh...y are you calling me? Just to waste my time?” And I said “no, I’ve been calling around to see if paying money will get me a better chance at getting my life back”, after a beat he said he had to go and disconnected the call. If you can’t do one of the simplest parts of your job, why should anyone hire you?

I make every effort to call back prospective clients even if I know I will not be able to handle their case. I do for two reasons; 1) I may have misinterpreted the reason for their call, and, after talking to them, learn I actually can assist them and 2) I may be able to point them in the right direction by providing them with a few names of attorneys that may be able to take their case. The legal process can be confusing and persons may develop anxiety from the process. Sometimes, I only have 5 or 10 minutes to talk to a person as many times these calls are made in between court appearances. If I get called to court, I may need to end the call quicker than expected. A couple of things that concern me when a prospective client calls; While I am happy that you are calling me, my time is limited. I generally will ask questions as a way of learning about the most important facts first. If time permits, I will get into more "detail". When I ask a question, my hope is that the client responds to my question, as opposed to providing me details about something that happened several years ago. Second, I will not interrupt you while you are talking, so I would expect the same consideration from you. I am telling you these things, not as a benefit to me, but as a benefit to you, either to inform you so you may be prepared, or to explain to you so understand the reasoning. In addition, if you already have an attorney, it is not my job to critique your attorney. If you lack trust in your attorney....bottom line.... you need to find another one. But DO NOT expect me to offer an opinion on 'how good' your attorney is or whether ' I would handle it the same way', etc. Finally, after telling a person two times that I have to end the conversation because I need to go into court, and they continue to press me for information about their attorney, I will have to terminate the call. I take issue with how this 'anonymous' review summarized our discussion. Most times I talk to prospective clients, they are very polite, courteous and respectful. In fact, I am regularly complimented by prospective clients who are just happy someone called them back or genuinely comforted that I took the time to listen to their situation. I look forward to talking to prospective clients.
