Shane Laughton Brabazon

I was charged with a serious sexual assault crime. Although the charge was absurd, I was very afraid of the possibility of a bad outcome. While I felt the criminal justice system was always stacked against me I had the advantage of a great attorney on my side to give me a little peace of mind. ... My case dragged on for about a year and a half. I had to sit in jail for half of that time awaiting trial. I am certain this would have been much less if I had hired Shane sooner. I assure you that this man will handle your case to the best of his ability. Thankfully, his ability is equal to or above any lawyers in the area. I was impressed at how well he handled the court proceedings and that he always took my opinion of what was happening and how to handle things into consideration. The law is not fair. He knew all the technical significance of every aspect of the proceedings and any case law that applied. I was overjoyed and relieved to get the justice I deserved, finally. To hear the words not guilty have me a sense that jury trial is as close to a just process as we can get, considering we use such little science in some of this. I would advise ANYONE considering hiring an attorney for ANY CRIMINAL MATTER to do it and if you take that advice HIRE MR. BRABAZON. The price is high, but life is something that a person can afford to pay for.

I understand that my son's case is a success story. I believe that Mr Brabazon is half the reason that my son has the ability to write a new chapter for himself. My son is now sober, finished college, has a sales associate position and is a contributing member of our community. Thank you Shane Brabazon for all you have done for my family. Insist on going to trial on a criminal charge? He is your best choice. Sharp, cool, focused & a winner. He knows the law and tactics. He cleared my name by convincing 12 women & men I was not to blame. Don't expect by hiring him a dismissal or not guilty verdict however. No lawyer has that record. Tr...ials are stressful and expensive- There is nobody else I would want by my side in a courtroom representing me other than Shane.

I had a very favorable experience with this lawyer. I have never been in touble before, so I met with at least 5 lawyers. Even though he was more expensive than some of the other attorneys..it was well worth it. He gave me as much time as I needed and had a very friendly staff that always seemed t...o give me the answers I needed. WHen we walked into the court room you could see how the other attorneys and Judges respected him. After watching some of the other attorneys, I knew I picked the right one. He seemed to go the extra mile and stood up for me. He didnt make false promises to me like I hear about other attorneys. Some of them I met with seemed like used car salesman.. always telling me what I wanted to hear. I am a firm believer in the concept you get what you pay for. Attorney Brabazon was worth every penny.
