I highly recommend Brabazon Law office. My son had an OWI first offense and was told he needed to have the breath tester in his car. He had many registered to him that were no longer around as they were scraped so we needed help getting them removed. Brabazon Law offices dug into the matter farthe...r than I expected and found out he didn't even need the breath tester. We couldn't be more pleased with our service and results. Shane made sure we understood everything and made it a little less stressful for us. If I ever need an attorney again this is who we are going with.

Shane did a very good job helping me handle a 3rd OWI charge. There was no chance of beating the charge, but he did an excellent job negotiating with the D.A., and judge to obtain a lower sentence than the guidelines. He and his staff were responsive to my questions throughout the process, and meeti...ngs were easily scheduled. Situations requiring Shane's expertise are typically not fun, but he is very good choice if you need an attorney.

I was recently charged with a drunk driving (DWI). I had been in this predicament before and have hired an attorney with little benefit. I was facing some jail time so I thought I should get an attorney but truly I did not expect very much. I had heard some good things about Attorney Brabizon. Whe...n I met with him, I wasnt sure if he was telling me the truth, or just telling me what I want to hear. I decided to hire him because of his reputation and he seemed to really know alot about these type of cases. He really kept me informed about what to expect. He didnt sugar coat anything. He filed some motion about the officer not doing something right. When we got in front of the judge, I could tell the Judge respected what he said. He knew the law better than the prosecutor. He ran circles around him. In the end, my case was dismissed! Wow, what a difference the attorney can make

This was my first time needing a lawyer related to a DUI offense and while I don't question his knowledge and I understand that there just is not a lot of wiggle room in a first time DUI offense, in the end I felt very dissatisfied with his services because I didn't feel like I was listened to and ul...timately like my case was kind of an afterthought for him. When I was vetting attorneys, I made it very clear that I wanted consistent communication and that was a constant problem with my experience with Shane. I was not notified by Shane or anyone in his office TWICE when scheduled court appearances were cancelled/ postponed. There were literally months between contact with Shane while we were waiting for the process to play out. And then at the end, there was miscommunication and I was taken completely by surprise when I learned that we accepted the deal from the prosecutor. When I brought these issues up in our last conversation, I did not even get as much as an apology from Shane. Simply put, Shane is not the cheapest game in town and I expected better service for the higher price. Regardless of what was done behind the scenes, in the end I didn't feel like I was a valued client. It's highly frustrating to have read so many positive reviews and to have spent the extra money to feel like I was alone at the end of the process. Those are the reasons why I cannot recommend his services to other people and felt compelled to review his performance in a public forum.
