Terry and his team guided me through the recent selling of my business. His experience was obvious and reassuring, especially for me not having gone through such a process before. He educated me along the way, and provided me the information in lay terms to help me make informed decisions. Yes, o...f course he thoroughly understands real estate law, but he also understands business. He was deliberate and persistent in his representation, especially during a couple sticky negotiation points with the buyer, but yet he was diplomatic and poised. He even takes my lawyer jokes in stride.

Twice Mr. Gerbers took advantage of my ignorance of the law. 1) Took a mechanic's lien case against me in which I did not obtain Lien waivers and had no chance of winning. 2) When I realized I had no chance and told his office to terminate their efforts, I did not think to demand a signed... document stating so. He continued to work the case without my knowledge until I got his bill.

I have used Terry's law firm for both business and personal issues. They are highly competent and trustworthy I was involved in lengthy and very contentious personal legal matter which many lawyers might have chosen not to continue .But Terry and his team stuck with me while demonstrating the highe...st level of professionalism and integrity.
