Excellent service for both personal and business matters
Jim and his staff handled our estate planning and made it very simple! As a family with young children and a business it is key to get our affairs in order. Jim was very personable and answered any questions we had. Everything was put together for us in a timely fashion and was explained to us so we could understand it.
We were also lucky enough to have Jim represent us during a partner buy-out in our business. He was remarkable in protecting our best interests and being available for all sorts of questions and communication. He went above and beyond and would definitely recommend him. His staff was polite and attentive.
My wife, Kathleen, and I have dealt with Jim for more many years. When we owned the All-Canada Show, it was assuring to know he was always there for us. We have found him to be extremely competent and fair in his compensation. He is more like a friend than our attorney.
I LIKE TO HELP CLIENTS RESOLVE PROBLEMS IN PRACTICAL, COST EFFECTIVE WAYS.

Welcomes the call, follows through and puts client's needs first.
When my wife and I were considering a will/trust, Jim really took the time to understand our needs and goals first. He patiently guided us through the process of developing a trust that would serve us for many years and that would give us a renewed sense of security. The real magic however, is the continued service beyond the document. Now, over three years after we started this process with Jim, my wife and I are buying a house. We needed to refresh our memories with how to ensure our new home would be properly placed within the trust. We needed to call upon Jim more than once to answer questions and acquire digitized versions of the trust for our credit union. Jim personally discussed this with me on the phone and ensured we had every base covered for a smooth home buying process. When we talk to Jim, it always feels like we just called an old family friend.
