Terry and his team guided me through the recent selling of my business. His experience was obvious and reassuring, especially for me not having gone through such a process before. Twice Mr. Gerbers took advantage of my ignorance of the law. 1) Took a mechanic's lien case against me in which I did not obtain Lien waivers and had no chance of winning. 2) When I realized I had no chance and told his office to terminate their efforts, I did not think to demand a signed... document stating so. He continued to work the case without my knowledge until I got his bill.
