Terry James Gerbers

Twice Mr. Gerbers took advantage of my ignorance of the law. 1) Took a mechanic's lien case against me in which I did not obtain Lien waivers and had no chance of winning. 2) When I realized I had no chance and told his office to terminate their efforts, I did not think to demand a signed... document stating so. He continued to work the case without my knowledge until I got his bill.

I am a commercial lender and refer clients to Terry Gerbers that are looking to document the purchase of a business and commercial real estate. Gerbers was very diligent in pursuing a strategy that resulted in an acceptable result for me. I would use Mr Gerbers in the future.

Gerbers Law (ie. Terry Gerber) was hired by our corporation to provide legal advise with respect to contract development, hold harmless agreements, licensing agreements, stock restriction agreements, etc... Terry was found to be extremely well versed in all areas of business law and when need be, co...nducted the necessary research to provide effective council for our corporation.
