Attorney Fields was willing to listen to my case and to try and help create the best situation for my family. He was even willing to work with my ex-wife to try and obtain the best outcome for the child stuck in the middle which is the most important thing in a divorce. He took the time to really hea...r my concerns and to listen to what I was trying to accomplish. He also saw that I wasn't just trying to be spiteful to my ex-wife and that what we were trying to accomplish would actually benefit all parties involved. Attorney Fields was the 5th attorney I used in a 4-year divorce case. As a retired Law Enforcement officer I expected the Attorneys to work for me since I was paying them. I had other attorneys come to court unprepared and they had to utilize my paperwork during the proceedings. I had attorneys en...ter into agreements with out consulting with me. And I had attorneys that failed to return phone calls, allowed the other side to tell lies about me in court and felt it was ok to go to court without my ex's financial statements. Attorney Fields was prepared much more than my ex's attorney, listened to me and never made any agreements with out my ok. I certainly will use Attorney Fields again if I ever need an Attorney.
