I was recently discharged from employment after 34 years of service. I didn't know where to turn and Aaron was recommended to me. I hired attorney Halstead to represent me in a dispute with my former employer. The case went into litigation and was decided by a trial, which I lost. Attorney Halsted's fees were three to four times his initial estimate, even though litigation and trial were fairly straight forward (e.g. no ex...ternal witnesses in the trial, attorney Halstead's discovery efforts were limited to one discovery request, he did not take any depositions). Attorney Halstead sued the wrong party for breach of contract. Attorney Halstead made two factual errors in his opening and closing statements in the trial that were corrected by the other side and that contradicted my own direct testimony which I had prepared with an associate of this firm suggesting that Attorney Halstead was not familiar with key facts of the case.
